Lost our lease explanation for Capital Blvd.-
Sometimes real life is stranger than fiction. We have made our payments every month for years at our Capital Blvd location. On time, good, payments. Recently, we have been on a month to month lease, trying to decide if we wanted to stay there. Monday May 14th, I received a phone call from my landlord. She gave me 30 days notice to vacate. The space has been leased to someone else.
Seriously. There is no gimmick. If you’re waiting until the last minute to get a better deal, I wouldn’t suggest it. We’re hoping to be out in way less than 30 days. We are doing HUGE sales at the other locations too, because I have fixtures that need to be kept, that have to live somewhere.
(If you’re thinking, “How on earth did they get a commercial that fast?” I have a bunch of marketing genius’ in my corner that stayed up late Monday & Tuesday nights).
We’ve never done a sale like this at Fred’s Beds. Actually, we don’t really like sales like this. We want you to buy from Fred for many years to come. We don’t want to do anything to cheapen the experience. Most of our customers have shopped with us before. Thank you for coming back over the past 27 years. Look for us to reopen soon north of our current Capital location.
